Access: Only through the private Zoom Webinar link that will be sent to online Streaming participants. To participate, you must have a streaming ticket. If you purchase without a valid ticket, your entry will not be valid.

Terms and Conditions

Organizer: The raffle is organized by Blythe Summit.

Scope: International, exclusively for registered streaming participants.

Participation:

  • To participate, you must purchase one or more entries (€6 each).

  • Entries are personal and non-transferable.

  • There is no maximum limit of entries per person.

Raffle mechanics:

  • Each prize will be drawn separately using a random and verifiable system.

  • Winners will be announced live during the broadcast and contacted by email.

Prize delivery:

  • Physical prizes will be sent via certified mail to the address provided by the winner.

  • International shipping costs are included, except for customs or local taxes, which are the winner’s responsibility.

Transparency:

  • The raffle will be conducted live and visible to all streaming attendees.

  • A list of winners will be published afterward on the official event website.

Disclaimer:

  • The organizer is not responsible for technical issues affecting attendees’ connection.

  • If a winner does not respond within 15 calendar days of notification, the prize will be forfeited or the raffle will be redrawn.

Data protection:

  • Personal information provided will be used only to manage raffle participation and prize delivery.

Bases y condiciones legales

  1. Organización: La rifa está organizada por Blythe Summit.

  2. Ámbito: Internacional, con acceso exclusivo a personas inscritas en el streaming.

  3. Participación:

    • Para participar es necesario tener una entrada al Streaming. Si compras sin tener tu entrada tu participación no será válida.

    • Para participar es necesario adquirir una o varias participaciones (6 € cada una).

    • Las participaciones son personales e intransferibles.

    • No existe límite máximo de participaciones por persona.

  4. Mecánica de la rifa:

    • Cada objeto se sorteará por separado mediante un sistema aleatorio y verificable.

    • Los ganadores se anunciarán en directo durante la retransmisión y se les contactará por email.

  5. Entrega de premios:

    • Los premios físicos se enviarán por correo certificado al domicilio facilitado por el ganador.

    • Los gastos de envío internacional están incluidos, salvo aduanas o impuestos locales que correrán a cargo del ganador.

  6. Transparencia:

    • El sorteo se realizará en directo y será visible para todos los asistentes al streaming.

    • El listado de ganadores se publicará posteriormente en la web oficial del evento.

  7. Exclusión de responsabilidad:

    • La organización no se hace responsable de incidencias técnicas en la conexión de los asistentes.

    • Si el ganador no responde en un plazo de 15 días naturales al aviso, el premio quedará desierto o se repetirá la rifa.

  8. Protección de datos:

    • La información personal facilitada será usada únicamente para gestionar la participación en la rifa y el envío de premios.
